INTRODUCTION TO RMRPLUS

  • A NEW BUSINESS MODEL akin to the RMR Programme, but targeted to land owners who are not eligible for the RMR programme.
  • ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMME targeting the above-mentioned segment. It is also open to anyone who can secure a loan with a financial institution, or able to pay cash for the total home construction cost.
  • BASED ON SINGLE HOUSES built on individual / company land with an opening of 1,000 / 1,200 sqft, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms at prices starting from RM108,888.00 per house. Legal and negotiating fees will be financed by SPNB.
  • ADDITIONAL PACKAGE includes site preparation and option to change roofing type. In the future, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and gate packages will be introduced (subject to design and area size)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Aged 18 and above
  • Single owner or is one of the owners of the proposed land, or has secured the agreement of the owner(s) of the proposed land
  • Minimum size of land is 3,750 sqft (50’ x 75))
  • Eligible for loan from a bank, other financial institutions, or able to pay cash for the total home construction cost.

METHODS OF FINANCE / PAYMENT

  • By cash and/or by loan from bank or other financial institutions

DOCUMENTS NEEDED

  • A copy of applicant’s identification card
  • A copy of land owner(s)’s identification card
  • A copy of the latest land ownership grant (project site)
  • Letter of approval from land owner(s)

ADDITIONAL PREPARATION PACKAGES

NOTE:
Additional packages provision are subjected to the RMRPlus design. Price of packages depend on the current market price in that particular area, and is not included in the original home price.

SPNB approves application

Preparation of RMRPlus Programme Offer Letter and appointment of lawyer

Apllicant signs construction agreement documents & makes 5% deposit payment
