RMRPLUs INTRODUCTION

  • THE NEW BUSINESS MODEL takes on the basic concept of the RMR Program where it is dedicated to those who own land and do not meet the RMR program eligibility requirements.
  • ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM targeting the above group. Additionally, it is open to anyone who is eligible to obtain a loan through a financial institution or cash payment for construction cost financing.
  • BUILDING A LITTLE HOUSE set up on individual / company land at an area of 1,000 / 1,200 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with prices starting at RM108,888.00 per unit. Legal Fees and Consultant Fees are funded by SPNB.
  • ADDITIONAL PACKAGES are Site Preparation and Roof Type Exchange. In the future, kitchen cabinet packages, wardrobes and doors will be introduced. Subject to design and area.

PROGRAM TERMS

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Age 18 years old and above
  • Own own land or be one of the owners or get the landlord's permission
  • Minimum land area 3,750 sqft (50’ x 75’)
  • Eligible for bank loans, other financial institutions or through cash payments for construction cost financing

FINANCE / PAYMENT METHODS

  • In cash and / or through bank loans @ other financial institutions

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Copy of applicant's identity card
  • Copy of landlord identification card
  • Copy of title grant (construction site)
  • Letter of permission to build a house from the landlord
