{"id":5183,"date":"2023-03-23T13:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-23T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spnb.com.my\/pelantikan-pengerusi-syarikat-perumahan-negara-berhad\/"},"modified":"2023-05-10T10:06:48","modified_gmt":"2023-05-10T02:06:48","slug":"2023-03-23_pr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spnb.com.my\/en\/2023-03-23_pr\/","title":{"rendered":"Appointment of Chairman of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SHAH ALAM, 23 MARCH 2023<\/strong> - Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Datuk Husam bin Musa as its new Chairman, effective 22 March 2023, replacing Dato' Mohd Nizar Bin Haji Zakaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Datuk Husam bin Musa holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Malaya and attended an Arabic language course in Jordan in 1987.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">He previously served as Chairman of the Public Administration, Economic Planning, Finance and Community Development Committee of the Kelantan Darul Naim state government from 2004 to 2008, as well as Chairman of the Economic Planning, Finance and Welfare Committee of the Kelantan Darul Naim state government from 2008 to 2013 (Kelantan State Government Exco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, he also held positions as Chairman of the Kemubu Agriculture Development Authority (KADA) and as Chairman of Government Subsidiaries in Kelantan such as Kifalah Sdn Bhd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">We welcome the appointment of the new Chairman of SPNB to the company's leadership team and hope that with his extensive experience and leadership, SPNB will continue to achieve excellence in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">#KediamanAndaTanggungjawabKami<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ABOUT SYARIKAT PERUMAHAN NEGARA BERHAD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB)<\/strong> is a company owned by the Minister of Finance (Incorporated) established on August 21, 1997 to provide quality and sustainable affordable housing to every family in Malaysia in line with the National Housing Policy.
