The SPNB RRM is open to those who are qualified for a bank loan.

The mortgage status depends on the land ownership (“owner”) term of each individual SPNB development.
The cost for a SPNB RRM home is around RM150,000 above.
Generally, terrace SPNB houses’ size ranges from 850 sqft to 1,850 sqft, while SPNB apartments range from 600 sqft to 1,200 sqft.

Applicants need to prepare these items:
1. A deposit of RM1,000 in the form of bank draft, under the name “SYARIKAT PERUMAHAN NEGARA BERHAD“
2. A copy of identity card
3. Latest 3 month’s payslip
4. Latest income Tax Return form (Form J) or EA form
5. Latest KWSP statement
6. Proof of employment letter from your employer
7. For self-employed applicants:
     a. Bank statement for the last 3 months
     b. Business Registeration Number (SSM)
     c. Relevant suporting material (if any)
