SHAH ALAM, 23 MARCH 2023 - Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Datuk Husam bin Musa as its new Chairman, effective 22 March 2023, replacing Dato' Mohd Nizar Bin Haji Zakaria.

Datuk Husam bin Musa holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Malaya and attended an Arabic language course in Jordan in 1987.

He previously served as Chairman of the Public Administration, Economic Planning, Finance and Community Development Committee of the Kelantan Darul Naim state government from 2004 to 2008, as well as Chairman of the Economic Planning, Finance and Welfare Committee of the Kelantan Darul Naim state government from 2008 to 2013 (Kelantan State Government Exco).

In addition, he also held positions as Chairman of the Kemubu Agriculture Development Authority (KADA) and as Chairman of Government Subsidiaries in Kelantan such as Kifalah Sdn Bhd.

We welcome the appointment of the new Chairman of SPNB to the company's leadership team and hope that with his extensive experience and leadership, SPNB will continue to achieve excellence in the future.
