This policy aims to inform all SPNB employees and the public about the channels for complaints related to misconduct at SPNB and encourage reporting to be made without fear and worry.

Scope of misconduct complaint

  • Bribery (asking / receiving / giving / offering)
  • Abuse of power
  • False claims
  • Breach of trust
  • Violation of the Company Code of Ethics / SPNB Code of Discipline

Details of the complaint

  • Who is involved
  • Where the misconduct occurred
  • When the incident occurred
  • What happen
  • How the misconduct was committed (state the importance of the misconduct to the offender)
  • Other information and supporting documents (if any)

Who can make a complaint

  • Supplier of SPNB goods / services
  • SPNB home buyers
  • Citizen
  • SPNB management / staff
