SEPANG, 10 APRIL 2023 - YBhg Datuk Husam Musa, Chairman of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB), conducted a site visit today to personally observe the latest progress of the Aspire Residence housing development project in Cyberjaya.

Also present were the board of directors of SPNB, consisting of YBhg. Datuk Sr. Ahmad Zailan Bin Azizuddin, YBhg. Dato' Muhamad Anuar Bin Mat Bakar, YBrs Mr. Anuar Bin Omar, and the top management of SPNB.

The Aspire Residence Cyberjaya project is one of the residential projects initiated by Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad in 2016, which experienced delays.

With construction resumed in May 2022 by the appointed contractor, SPNB is confident that the project, which has achieved over 93% progress, will be completed within the specified timeframe.

According to Datuk Husam Musa, through the agenda of a Malaysia Madani, he will strengthen SPNB's role in housing development based on the framework of civilized policy that embodies the values of sustainability, well-being, creativity, respect, trust, and benevolence.

"Taking one example from the perspective of well-being, the provision of Aspire Residence housing indirectly strengthens the people's well-being agenda in the housing sector as outlined in the civilized policy framework."

"This policy can be achieved through the formation of a community in strategically located residential areas with comprehensive facilities that will contribute significantly to social sustainability, quality of life, mental and physical well-being, and the environment for its residents."

The Aspire Residence Cyberjaya project involves the construction of three residential blocks comprising 1,168 residential units in three different categories based on the size of the residences. The selling price for this project starts from RM280,000.00, with facilities such as a swimming pool, playground, multipurpose hall, and gymnasium to be completed and handed over to buyers in September 2023.

SPNB will ensure that the rights of buyers are fully protected in accordance with the Sales and Purchase Agreement signed by the buyers. This includes matters related to the Late Delivery Charges (LAD) payment as stipulated in the sales and purchase agreement to compensate for any losses incurred by the buyers.

SPNB is committed to prioritizing housing provision projects for the entire population under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) to empower the agenda of a civilized Malaysia for the well-being of all citizens.
